It also includes a library, research center related to tarsiers, conference rooms, and storage rooms. |

How to Go There From the main tourist area of Panglao, it is a 50 km drive that takes around 1 hour to reach the Bohol Tarsier Sanctuary. Buses and jeeps are available from the provincial capital Tagbilaran City on a regular basis to reach this place |

Other Details Visitors are not allowed to touch the tarsier and flash photography is also prohibited to protect the small primates. The sanctuary offers a unique opportunity to see and learn about Tarsiers, one of the smallest primates in the world. Visitors can take a walk through the sanctuary, observing Tarsiers in their natural habitat. The sanctuary is a hotspot for scientist, technicians, and research analysts related to tarsiers. A research center is constructed within the sanctuary equipped with laboratory and veterinary clinic for the betterment of the tarsiers. |
