Other Details Food kiosks are planned to open along the boardwalk. Visit early in the morning when the place is still practically empty and the early-morning sun helps make the photos look better. The boardwalk is undergoing improvements, with the old wood being replaced with more durable wood plastic composite (WPC). The Cebu Provincial Government has turned over P10 million worth of financial assistance to the City of Naga for these improvements. |
