First of all, I’m sorry for writing you all of a sudden. My name is Kohei Tsukada, a student at the faculty of law, Chuo university, Tokyo , Japan.
On the behalf of My group I’m writing this letter to request for permission so that we can visit your center in November, the purpose of which, is to conduct research as part of the requirements of our course.
My group mates and I are doing research about former street children in Philippines and their successful transition to becoming independent individuals, with focus on the difference between children who succeeded and who did not.
Also, we’d like to learn more about the kind of support that you give these former street children that helped them become socially independent.
