I ‘ve read that an elder who has mental issues isn’t admitted here. Our neighbor who is 70 yrs old has Alzheimer’s and financially incapable. Nonetheless He still have his family to take care of him. But he is becoming a public disturbance in our area coz he usually screams that scares us everyday. My parents are getting nervous of him. Are there any free facilities that you could possibly refer here in cdo for this kind of case? Thank u.
