Last may and June my brother were put in mental institution somewhere in paglaum.. And has been returned home as soon as they found out that my brother has spot on his lungs, I would just like to inquire if you are accepting such condition of my brother, we can’t bare the struggles that my mom and dad experiencing because they were also both got stroke and they supposedly relaxing but due to unfortunate circumstance they lift the heavy loads, in line with this also, the query regarding the rates and payment, we pray that you’ll give us a very reasonable rate for we are struggling financially as well.
