Terrence and Victor as a masseur can improve. Apollo massage is commendable for the sensual strokes but needs improvement in relieving the stress of the client, especially on arms and legs. As a first timer, I wasn't assisted well at the facilities (I don't even get my complimentary food and drink). Still, the spa ambiance and atmosphere was set well to relax clients and they have nice facilities such as the massage rooms, locker area, showers and steam room.
i enjoyed my time there at infinity spa fairview. unlike my first time at E Rod.in the Fairview branch there is definitely less people. the locker can accomodate my backpack + full grocery ecobag.it is just walking distance from FCM,2blocks away then turn left.but the shower is too dark!also the sauna broke down when i was there. hope they had it fixed already.the steam room is smaller and the shower is just inside the doorway.but the massage room is bigger and more space to move unlike the E. Rod branch.but the lounge is better in E. Rod.
Courteous staffEfficient scheduling.Safety protocols were in place.Spa was clean and constantly kept clean by maintenance staff.
