  1. Hi,

Patient X here. I would like to know what are the documents needed to get a refill at Tarlac. I’m originally getting my refill at manila.

  2. Hi, I’m from Taguig. And currently diagnosed with hiv, pero gusto kong umuwi ng Tarlac for Good or at least a couple of months. Pwede ba akong maka kuha ng refill sa Tarlac? May hub ba kayo sa camiling? Ano po ang mga needed documents?

    1. Hello Patient Rx,

I hope everything is doing well with you!

Unfortunately, we only have one hub which is located at Tarlac Provincial Hospital.

For refill, yes you can do that, just visit the hub mon-fri 8 am to 2 pm.

      Thank you!

        1. Hello Patient RX,

Apologies for the delayed response. I’ve been so occupied the past months.

          1. Emergency refill is only good for single refill, meaning you need to have month to month request from your original hub to received emergency refill from other hubs.

          2. Since you mentioned you will be staying here in tarlac province for good, the best is to process hun transfer. Reach out to your original hub and request for a transfer of hub document, copy of confirmatory and medical abstract. It can be done via email. Once you have those docs, you can then visit TPH Cares to complete your transfer and receive your refill.

Please let me know if you have questions.

          Thank you,

  3. Gusto kopo mg refill…pero ang hirap po makadaan sa mga checkpoint… wala npo ako gamot…

    1. Hello and thanks for reaching out. Tawagan nyo po muna sila. I’m sure meron po silang procedure para sa ganitong problema.

    2. Hello Patient # 75,

I hope everything is doing well with you!

Unfortunately, refill is only available via pick up.

If I may ask, we are you located? Operational na mga puv’s such as jeeps, mini buses, tricycles so there should be no problem on transportation. If you’re concern about your safety, just ensure to wear mask, sanitise and social distant.

As a remedy, refill is open naman from 8 am to 2 pm. You can visit the hub anytime within those hours. I can assure you, may masasakyan ka papunta and pauwi sa inyo.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

    3. Hello Patient # 75,

In addition, kung sa checkpoints ka may issue, just bring your confirmatory copy, front-liners would understand.

I hope meron ka personal copy mo ng confirmatory result mo.

You can always present that to pass through any checkpoints.

      Thank you,

  4. Pano po pag gusto ko pong mag pa test for hiv , syphilis and hepa. Still free parin po ba?

    1. Hello and thanks for reaching out. Meron naman pong mga staff who will assist you. Contact nalang muna kayo sa kanila to arrange schedule. Meron po kasing mga testing centers ngayon na by appointment lang because of COVID.

    2. Hello Robelyn,

Confirming test in TPH Cares is still free 🙂
