On the 29th of August, my sister and I went to the shopping mall and chanced upon Garnier Light Complete Multi-Action Whitening Cream. I then remembered Garnier’s new commercial on TV which promises to lighten skin blemishes in 14 days. I decided to buy one and give it a try. It costs PhP 259 pesos for 50 ml. There are packaging variations of this product: a sachet, a tube, and a jar. I bought the biggest one, the jar. I started to apply it on my face from that day on until today.
Garnier Light Complete Multi-Action Whitening Cream has a pure lemon essence which can gently exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. What I like the most about Garnier lemon essence is that it smells good when applied on my face. I like lemon or lime extracts in a product for it can really exfoliate my skin making it smoother and clearer than ever before. It also has a SnowPine Whitening Source, which is a patented ingredient, as far as I know. SnowPine blocks melanin synthesis which causes skin darkening.
I always expose myself to sunlight, and I noticed that there are sun spots or freckles on my face. Garnier Light Complete with SnowPine really worked for me because my sun spots or freckles are lightened. My whole face becomes lightened as well, more lightened than on my neck. Next time, I will apply some on my neck area to even out my skin tone. Now, I can go out anytime of the day because Garnier Light Complete has Anti-UVB (spf15) and Anti-UVA for extra protection under harsh sunlight.
The downside of this product is that it makes my face oily, especially in my T-zone area. However, it is not a big problem for me because I apply a foundation over the Garnier cream. I will have smooth looking skin whenever I apply Garnier Light Complete Cream plus a foundation over it. Without a foundation, I still have smooth looking skin although my face looks oily. I actually have dry skin because of the other beauty regimen I’ve been doing, so oily looking skin is not a big issue for me because I love it. Garnier Light Complete is good for you if you work in an air-conditioned office.
I recommend this for those who have blemishes on their faces, such as dark pimple scars, freckles or sun spots, and other skin imperfections. Garnier Light Complete Multi-Action Whitening Cream does wonders! Keep in mind that we have different skin types. Not all products that suit me suit you as well. For skin testing, buy a sachet of Garnier Light Complete and apply it on your skin first and see if there’s an allergic reaction or a difference in a week or two. Then you can decide whether you’ll continue it or not.
