How to Go There The ABTC is located at Parian, San Fernando City, La Union. By car, you can reach it via the Marcos Highway and look for the ITRMC sign, with the ABTC just past the ITRMC main gate on the right. By bus, travel to San Fernando City and then take a tricycle or jeepney to the ITRMC. Taxis can also be hailed at the ITRMC main gate or called from a local company. |
