Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce Review: No Dish is Dull!
Do you want to make your dishes more special and savory? I know a “magic potion” that will surely give a delectable taste to your dull cooking. Do you want to know what it is? It is none other than Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce!
My mom and I like this Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce for one reason: it is an all-around, all-purpose sauce. With it, we can cook any Filipino and Asian dishes we want like chicken adobo, pork giniling, stir-fried beef and chopsuey. We can even use it to marinate our pork chop, barbecue and even fish. It really makes our favorite dishes taste like Filipino and Asian. It is not too salty unlike the typical soy sauce and does not have an after-taste. I can say that it has a perfect mixture of seasonings because of its pleasant taste and scent.
Another thing I like about Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce is it is very affordable and has different varieties that you can choose from: Oyster Sauce – Regular; Garlic Oyster Sauce; Mushroom Oyster Sauce; Less-Sodium Oyster Sauce & Vegetarian Oyster Sauce. I can just choose which type of oyster sauce I want for my dishes without worrying about the taste. I usually use the regular one. It suits most cuisines. It comes in different sizes of bottles. It has also a 30 g sachet which only costs 5 Php. I can just go the nearest sari-sari store to buy some when I run out of one.
Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce is one of the best sauces I have ever tried and tasted. In fact, I enjoy cooking now because of it. I can experiment with my cooking and make my own version of Filipino dishes. We always see to it that we have some in our kitchen. We do not need to buy other seasonings just to make our viands tasty and appealing. Just a spoonful of it is more than enough.
I strongly recommend Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce to those who love cooking particularly the carinderia and restaurant owners. It will surely attract more customers and make them crave more.
With Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce, one thing is sure: no dish is dull!
