Artline Stix Brush Marker Review

In this modern age, the art of calligraphy and hand-lettering had widely influenced so many people in terms of art and they way people write, especially the artsy ones.

I, myself, have been a fan of people whose hands were blessed with such creativity and consistency. But of course, I didn’t just want to be a fan. I wanted to make as well.

Luckily, after a quick hunt in the famous National Bookstore, I found Artline Stix¬†brush markers. If you’re going to buy it individually, it costs Php37.50 (less than a dollar) each. It’s also sold in packs but it has the same price on the same ratio 1:37.50.

I tried it as soon as I got home. I tried it on a fine vellum board. I was so happy with the results because I can actually adjust the thickness of the letters by adjusting/controlling my hand. You know what makes me happier besides the fact that I can make my own ‘calligraphy’? It’s the price. Actually, high quality brush pens, nowadays, cost around Php100 (around 2 dollars). What makes Artline Stix brush marker unique is that it is very affordable yet it gives you the same quality that high-priced brush markers give.

I’ve been using it for some time now. It’s actually been 5 months yet the quality of the result produced is still the same, if not, a little less but not obvious.

I would honestly recommend this brand of brush marker not only because of its affordability, but also because of its quality, durability and unique design.

If you’re on a budget, I recommend you to buy the individual ones. But there’s a disadvantage though, individual Artline brush markers easily gets sold out and only comes in basic colors, so if you want to complete a set, I would recommend you to just save enough money to buy a pack.
